The Prompt Armory

FREE · NO SIGNUP · 5 RECIPES · EVERY ONE TUNED TO THIS BOARD'S MECHANICS

These are the five prompts our own library would ship inside every chapter: fill the slots, copy, paste into ChatGPT, Claude or whatever you use. The prompts know the board's rules - the one category (R-01), the 100-vote duel (R-05), the qualifying claim (R-11) - so the output comes back shaped for this machine, not generic advice.

SHARPEN THE ONE-LINER

Your tagline is the only pitch a voter, claimer or joiner sees before deciding. This prompt forces an AI to attack yours the way a skeptical crowd will.

PICK THE CATEGORY

The machine races exactly one category per startup (R-01) - filing in the wrong one means queueing behind the wrong market. This prompt argues both sides before you commit.

SHARPEN THE DUEL PITCH

A duel is 100 votes or 25 verified joiners against a live rival (R-05). The crowd reads two pitches side by side for seconds. This prompt spars against your pitch before a stranger does.

THE CLAIM OUTREACH

On the B2B board you graduate by a real company accepting your published pilot terms (R-11) - not by interest, by signature. This prompt drafts the outreach that earns that acceptance.

THE JOINER PUSH

On cohortduel, points are verified users doing the thing the product exists for - nobody can farm them (R-05, indie lane). This prompt drafts the honest ask that earns a real join.

Prompts sharpen the words. The board sharpens the truth. Whatever the AI writes, you still have to say it in front of 100 voters, a live rival, and terms you can't take back.

DAY 1 - OPENING HOUR
Post the trailer. Pin the duel link everywhere you already exist - chat, newsletter, co-founder's feed. Do not buy attention yet.
Early votes set the spread the crowd sees later. The trailer link is tagged, so you'll see exactly what it pulled.
DAY 1 - BEFORE YOU SLEEP
Send ten personal messages - people who know the work, not the brand. Ask for a vote (B2B) or a join (indie), never 'check it out'.
Ten real people beats a hundred impressions. One person, one vote (R-07) - every ask counts once, so spend each ask personally.
DAY 2–3 - THE GRIND
Five personal asks a day. Answer every public question in the feed; objections answered in public win silent voters.
Mid-duel is where most duels are actually decided - the crowd watches how founders behave under fire.
DAY 4 - THE HONEST CHECK
Look at the score, not the effort. If you're behind: re-send the trailer with the new score (it re-renders live). If ahead: defend, don't gloat.
The trailing side's pitch is what the trailer quotes - the crowd can still flip. Momentum is a message, not a fact.
DAY 5–6 - THE PUSH
Back to personal asks, but harder: the people who said 'maybe'. Give them the one sentence on what's at stake.
Maybes convert on deadlines. 'Resolution in under a day' is the strongest line a duel gives you.
DAY 7 - RESOLUTION DAY
Morning: last call post with the live score. Do not ask anyone to vote twice - it throws a 409 and wastes your credibility.
One person, one vote (R-07). The final spread is public record forever - win or lose, the duel page is your receipts.
DAY 7 - OVERTIME (TIE ONLY)
If tied at close, sudden death: the next vote decides (R-06). One message to your strongest five supporters. That's the whole game.
Overtime is 24 hours. The side with one more reachable human wins the seat.
AFTER - EITHER WAY
Win: say thank you in public, then get back to customers - tenure is 25 days (R-19), and a seat isn't revenue. Lose: back of the queue (R-08), file learnings, ask again when eligible.
The wall remembers graduates forever (R-14); the queue remembers nobody. What you do after the duel outlasts the score.
